About the Role

New Lantern is the only software radiologists need to complete their work. The frontend is super crucial to their QoL and productivity.

We’re hiring frontend engineers who will help transform the way radiologists work. You’ll own the frontend of a web-based medical image viewer & speech-to-text reporter radiologists use to analyze thousands of images (MRIs, X-rays, CTs, etc.) and create radiology reports.

Requirements

1. Professional software development experience building user-facing products
2. Extensive understanding of web technologies such as React/Redux and Typescript
3. Experience building frontends that ingest and display large volumes of data (especially media)
4. Experience working with REST APIs
5. Experience managing secure account sessions
6. Experience configuring secure Content Delivery Networks, browser caching, server-side rendering, and content delivery optimizations
